Sheesh, these Denver posts are getting long! I didn’t anticipate there to be 50+ images in a single day! Day two had three main chapters / places we visited.. each of which wonderful in its own way. Lots of images to soak in; go slow!

The first chapter was Washington Park, full of wonderful fall colors, a beautiful lake, and some other fun odds and ends. The second chapter of the day took a stroll through the 16th Street Mall in downtown. Yay city-life! And of course the saga of Kalika kissing cow statues continues. Lastly, the third part of the day was spent at Sloan's Lake Park just west of downtown for a beautiful post-sunset glow. The background mountains are just perfect.
